    De organisatie is de onafhankelijke telecom- en IT-dienstverlener van Nederland. De producten en diensten liggen op het snijvlak van telecom en IT. Hun eindklanten zijn consumenten, ZZP, MKB en de grootzakelijke markt. Ze bedienen deze klanten en partners met verschillende merken. Door middel van overnames groeien ze hard en hebben ze naast hun vestiging in Hoofddorp ook een vestiging in Eindehoven en Wateringen. Het team waarin je komt te werken bestaat uit 7 collega's.



    Functiebeschrijving

    Als Billing Specialist verzorg jij samen met je collega's de facturatie van het volledige dienstenportfolio. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

    • Je bewaakt de planning voor tijdige en correcte uitvoering van diverse facturatieruns op dag-, week- en maandbasis
    • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Daardoor ben jij in staat om vastgestelde controles uit te voeren. Hierbij signaleer en rapporteer je eventuele afwijkingen
    • Je bent in staat om op detailniveau te werken, maar overziet tevens het gehele proces, zodat je verbeteringen kunt aandragen voor de verdere professionalisering van onze afdeling
    • Je beantwoordt servicegericht de inkomende vragen van onze klanten en collega's
    • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van Team Finance en ondersteunt waar nodig andere teams


    Functie-eisen
    • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding en hebt bij voorkeur een financiële opleiding afgerond
    • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en doet dit nauwkeurig en secuur
    • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
    • Je hebt goede kennis van Microsoft Excel, kennis van AFAS profit is een pré


    Arbeidsvoorwaarden
    • Een salaris tussen de €2440 en €3523 o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van jaren ervaring en kennis
