- Deal book preparation
- Understand competitors cloud licensing strategies
- Coordinate necessary approvals for customer agreements
- Ensure adherence to client policies and procedures
- Continuous learning and process improvement
- In-depth understanding of Client Commercial VL licensing programs
- Knowledge and experience of Cloud and Online Services solutions
- Experience working with & understanding negotiations in licensing contracts
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Passion for working with technology and partners
- Establishing trusted advisor relationships
- Helping customers in challenging environments
- 4-year degree preferred
- 2-3+ years Licensing experience
- Experience with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps preferred

Collaborating with the Vendor Renewal Specialist & Vendor Partner Connection Manager, the LA charter is to secure the customer's renewal agreement on time, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs. It is also to sell new customer agreements based on demand triggers.
