    Your goal

    Als Manager Financial Control rapporteer je aan de CFO en werk je nauw samen met het Finance team van Marktlink Capital. De werkzaamheden variëren van het controleren van administraties, het aansturen van de GL accountant tot het digitaliseren en optimaliseren van rapportages. Marktlink Capital groeit hard, we beheren al meer dan 1 miljard aan kapitaaltoezeggingen, vele entiteiten en complexe geldstromen. Daarnaast bouwen we steeds verder aan ons interne team en brengen we samen steeds meer structuur aan.

    We werken samen in een echte startup omgeving, hoe we vandaag werken en zaken oppakken, dat kan gezien de snelle ontwikkelingen over een paar maanden weer anders lopen. Een flexibele instelling en wendbaarheid is daarom belangrijk.

    Je maakt deel uit van het Marktlink Capital-team, dat momenteel uit 25 personen bestaat.

    Your responsibilities

    De Finance afdeling bestaat momenteel uit de CFO, de Finance Manager en de General Ledger Accountant. Je werkt als Manager Financial Control hoofdzakelijk aan het verder professionaliseren van de financiële rapportages, het controleren van de administraties en het aansturen van de GL accountant. In grote lijnen kun je de onderstaande werkzaamheden verwachten, maar we vragen ook veel flexibiliteit om samen deze rol verder vorm te geven.

    • Je bent de manager van onze GL Accountant;
    • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie t.b.v. het maand-/kwartaal-/jaarafsluiting proces voor verschillende entiteiten;
    • Je stelt de maandanalyses op incl. vergelijkende cijfers vs. budget/forecast;
    • Je maakt analyses op de verschillende omzet stromen;
    • Je houdt de cashflow planning bij;
    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de loonadministratie;
    • Je bent de eerste aanspreekpunt omtrent belastingzaken;
    • Je zorgt voor het aanleveren van de jaarrekeningen en bereid je relevante informatie voor t.b.v. de accountant;
    • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het verder professionaliseren, standaardiseren en verbeteren van de financiële administratie (output) en de financiële processen.

    Your profile

    • Minimaal 5 jaar actuele ervaring;
    • Een afgeronde HBO- of Master opleiding bij voorkeur in Finance & Control;
    • Affiniteit met het Investments, Private Equity en Venture Capital;
    • Financial/business control ervaring;
    • Actuele kennis van financiële rapportages en automatisering;
    • Ervaring met Exact Online;
    • Goede kennis van Excel;
    • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
    • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
