Communications Specialist, Utrecht
In deze rol houd je je bezig met communicatie naar diverse doelgroepen, zowel intern (medewerkers) als extern (media en klanten). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het corporate communicatieplan en het aansturen van PR bureaus. Communicatie over duurzaamheid is hier een belangrijk onderdeel van.
Je baan is heel veelzijdig. Je bereidt PR-campagnes, Q&As en interne communicatie-uitingen voor. Je schrijft persberichten, beheert ons LinkedIn account en de corporate website en organiseert townhall meetings. Ook verzorg je de interne communicatie middels digitale schermen en via email.
Je beweegt je gemakkelijk door onze organisatie, zowel binnen Nederland als internationaal en haalt nieuws proactief op. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend beheerst. Je schakelt veelvuldig met je counterparts op het Deense hoofdkantoor en in andere landen zoals Denemarken, Duitsland en Engeland.
Je bent onderdeel van het Sustainability & Communications team en rapporteert aan onze Head of Sustainability & Communications.
Je profiel
Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op tenminste Hbo niveau in Communicatie of een aanpalend vakgebied en tenminste 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend. Je hebt passie voor communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, werkt zelfstandig en beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen een grotere, internationale organisatie.
Daarnaast ben je echte teamplayer en heb je een ondernemende mentaliteit waarmee je dingen voor elkaar krijgt. Je ben creatief en voelt je aangesproken tot de duurzaamheidsambities die wij binnen Arla Foods uitdragen.
Over Arla Foods
Arla Foods is een zuivelcoöperatie van Europese melkveehouders. Wij verkopen onze producten aan consumenten over de hele wereld. Met bijna medewerkers in 30 landen wereldwijd zijn wij één van de grootste zuivelcoöperaties ter wereld. In Nederland telt Arla Foods ruim 350 medewerkers en 2 eigen fabrieken. Ons aanbod in zuivelproducten in Nederland is heel divers: van melk, karnemelk en yoghurt tot en met kaas en boter. Deze producten verkopen wij onder sterke merken zoals Arla biologisch, Arla Skyr, Melkunie, Breaker, PROTEIN, Starbucks, Apetina en Lurpak. Daarnaast leveren we zuivel voor huismerken. Arla Foods is gevestigd in Nijkerk. Nijkerk is met de trein vanaf Utrecht Centraal slechts 35 minuten vanaf het station. Over enkele maanden (juli 2024) zullen wij verhuizen naar Utrecht Centraal.
