- Het beheer van het projecten portfolio van en binnen productie;
- Het aansturen van het Operational Excellence team en verantwoordelijke voor alle verbeter activiteiten binnen Productie;
- Ondersteunen van Productie bij het ontwikkelen van een jaarlijks tactisch implementatieplan met als doel het vergroten van de volwassenheid en implementatie het Arla Production System;
- Het uitvoeren van projecten binnen Productie;
- Ondersteunen van de site bij het identificeren en uitvoeren van belangrijke initiatieven om het behalen van bruto besparingsdoelstellingen veilig te stellen;
- Identificeren van talent voor continue verbetering en zorgen voor de hefboomwerking van talent binnen initiatieven. Solliciteer direct
- Afgeronde universitaire opleiding binnen engineering, economie, supply chain of andere rele-vante opleidingen;
- 5+ jaar ervaring in een productiebedrijf of van een adviesbureau;
- Kennis van LEAN/CI (Green Belt niveau), geavanceerde Excel en SAP;
- Resultaatgericht in een get it done mentaliteit – leading by example attitude en het ver-mogen om een organisatie te activeren;
- Uitstekende coaching en leidinggevende vaardigheden;
- Consultant vaardigheden, zoals workshop facilitering, people management, Rapportering, PowerPoint-/Brown paper is een pré;
- Overzicht houden over complexe situaties, end-to end denken in het grote geheel en rustig blijven bij urgente en belangrijke situaties.
- Salaris tussen €4.700 en €5.900;
