    About the job:

    You will be supporting the finance manager. Together you make sure that the finance of the hotel is accurate.

    What will be your tasks?

  • Support of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting department
  • Payment Master control
  • Follow up and corrections of discrepancies in Opera regarding payment coming from any of the departments within hotel
  • Daily control of the bank account
  • Carry out the cash control
  • Daily control of processes related to F&B outsourced operations
  • Dealing with the issues related to credit card payments
  • Supporting the finance manager with daily tasks

    • What are we looking for?

  • Education related to finance.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
  • Able to write and speak English in a good manner
  • Pre knowledge of Opera
  • Pre knowledge of the following languages Spanish, Dutch
