- Identifying and performing case repairs in our own boutique workshop.
- Utilizing our repair management system to assist in organizing repairs, ordering parts, etc.
- Be in charge of the organization of our workshop, including maintenance of machines and tools.
- Inform clients about the repairs and advise clients across the brand and all products.
- Perform the repairs in our store according our RIMOWA standards and communicate with our client care department to coordinate the special repairs or repairs which cannot be performed in the store.
- Build longterm relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.
