- Je zoekt proactief en constructief contact met betrokken partijen, zoals nutritie, inkoop, productie en kwaliteitszorg;
- Je bent in staat grote hoeveelheden informatie te combineren en daarmee de meest optimale recepturen samen te stellen;
- Je signaleert proactief mogelijke verbeteringen en ook problemen gerelateerd aan recepten en het beheerproces
- Je bent betrokken bij projecten die tot doel hebben om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze processen verder te vergroten.
- Een afgeronde HBO / WO opleiding, bij voorkeur WUR, HAS, Aeres, of dergelijke, óf in een richting zoals Technische Bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring in modelmatig rekenen aan optimalisaties;
- Kennis van diervoeding en het toepassen van grondstoffen in diervoeders stelt je in staat om je beter en sneller in te leven in de optimalisatie vraagstukken (dit zal anders een belangrijk deel van jouw onboarding traject vormen);
- Kennis in Feed technology is een pre
