    Job Responsibilities

    • Participate in pre-sales presentations for customers;
    • Set up technical demonstrations, pilots, and product presentations;
    • Support sales reps on complex topics by giving them the benefit of your product knowledge;
    • Study customer needs and propose technical solutions adapted to their requirements;
    • Conduct technical training with our partners on the use of products and technologies;
    • Providing answers to customers' technical questions;
    • Implement actions to boost your network of customers;
    • Providing technical support.

    Job Requirements

    • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and able to convert technical product information into useful tools for Sales and Marketing;
    • You are an inquisitive team player who can work on multiple projects in an organized and neat manner;
    • You are accustomed to working in a dynamic and international environment;
    • You are a networker and not afraid to give training to large groups of customers/relations;
    • You are in possession of sufficient knowledge about IP and network technology;
    • You are a professional in the security industry and/or familiar with our products and security solutions;
    • You are professional, pragmatic and honest;
    • You are fluent in Dutch or French.
