    We are looking for a positive and driven individual who will support our customers and internal customers with their technical questions related to the Technical Support in the Fire and Security. The ideal candidate will build internal and external relationships to expedite complicated cases and develop broad understanding of customer needs. We are looking for someone to support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools that we set ourselves as a team. You will help develop a pre build / pre config service for the Benelux. The individual will also be offering pre and post-sales support for over 300 products made by 15 to 20 different vendors, covering all aspects of Fire & Security

    You will ensure an accurate and professional procedure for documenting and recording of all activity and communication. Introduce and implement a pro-active and forward-thinking mindset that will increase internal knowledge, communication, and drive efficiencies that will in turn enhance service level and continually drive service excellence. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. You will work in a small team within the Benelux and report to the Benelux Supervisor. You will deal daily with our internal or external customers with their Technical questions. This will be by phone or email. You will also be responsible forProgramming installation for a customer. Participates in team meetings and actively participates in training that is planned. Making a test set-up if necessary to reach a solution.

    JOB DUTIES:

  • To be able to provide excellent customer service for our sales team and customers to generate and grow revenue.
  • To share in developing and maintaining new / current business relationships and identifying and growing potential sources of business.
  • To support a learning culture by actively participating in various educational activities.
  • To read, write and generate detailed emails for the registration process.
  • To work to embody Standards of Service Excellence: Responsive, Efficient, Helpful, Knowledgeable.
  • To strengthen current business relationships through world-class service and product recommendation.
  • To be passionate about helping customers prosper in providing solutions.
  • Assist Outside Sales to assess project functionality to compose a bill of materials that accurately reflects the project scope of work
  • Work in coordination with project team to successfully complete each project
  • Provide guidance & assistance to the project team regarding installation methods & procedures
  • Identifies and communicates long lead items
  • Monitors and supervises the progress of your cases
  • Meet with vendors to assist in evaluating product if requested
  • Provides metric and data analysis, insight and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with product development

    • YOU MUST HAVE ,
    · Strong written and verbal communication skills, and professional proficiency in Dutch

    · High School Diploma, or equivalent
    · Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability so speak another languages such as French and English would be an advantage
