Your role:
You will be responsible for leading the practice's ambitious growth initiative with our most strategic cloud partners. This opportunity is scoped for high performing, high potential subject matter experts who are self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, organized, diligent, and thoughtful. This role requires a domain expertise combined with the ability to task-organize, focus on the details, and sustain and drive progress over time. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to rapid revenue growth in one of the most exciting and dynamic segments of the market. This is an ideal opportunity for technologists seeking cross vertical and/or cross industry expertise. Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture:

• Experience and Knowledge of how Data Platforms are build like LakeHouses, Data Lakes leveraging the market trends like Data Mesh, Fabrics and Data Observability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI/ML solutions.

• Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience developing best practices and recommendations around tools/technologies for ML life-cycle capabilities such as Data collection, Data preparation, Feature Engineering, Model Management, MLOps, Model Deployment approaches and Model monitoring and tuning, etc
2. Cloud AI/ML Technology:

• Leverage cloud-based AI/ML technologies to design scalable and efficient solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cloud AI/ML services and incorporate them into project architectures.

• Machine Learning solutions (using various models, such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, (Deep) Neural Networks, Hidden Markov Models, Conditional Random Fields, Topic Modeling, Game Theory, Mechanism Design, etc. )

• Strong experience with statistical packages and ML libraries (e. g. R, Python scikit learn, Spark MLlib, etc. )
3. RFP and RFI Responses:

• Play a key role in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) related to AI/ML projects.

• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling responses.
4. Client Collaboration:

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and provide strategic AI/ML solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
5. Thought Leadership:

• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

• Share knowledge and insights within the organization, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

What you will bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant in the AI/ML domain.

• In-depth knowledge of Gen AI and its applications in diverse industries.

• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based AI/ML solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Specializes in at least one of the AI/ML stack (Frameworks and tools like Tensorflow, example ML platforms for eg; in AWS such as Amazon SageMaker for data scientists, API-driven AI Services like Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon Rekognition to quickly add intelligence to applications with a simple API call).

• Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully responding to RFPs and RFIs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML and cloud technologies are a plus.
Education:

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Strong academic background in Mathematics or Statistics.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced academic qualifications, demonstrating a deep understanding of the theoretical foundations of AI/ML and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios. A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in the domain.
