Als Supply Chain Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van dagelijkse supply chain organisatie. Hierbij kun je denken aan de inkoop, planning en logistiek. Daarnaast vertaal je verkoopplannen in jaarplannen. Betreft de planning, materiaalvoorziening, opslag en vervoerscapaciteit. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor leverbetrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van supply chain kosten. Het monitoren, analyseren en verbeteren van leverbetrouwbaarheid van het bedrijf naar haar klanten en van leveranciers naar het bedrijf hoort ook bij het taken pakket. Ook bepaal je en voer je uit de strategie met betrekking tot inkoopbeleid, je kunt denken aan lange termijn contracten, inkoopvoorwaarden, etc. Tevens ga je definiëren en uitvoeren van verbeteringsprojecten op het gebied van onder anderen digitalisering in planning, logistiek en inkoop. Als laatste ga je de performance van de leveranciers monitoren en opsturen.Je beschikt over een afgeronde technische HBO opleiding in richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of soortgelijk. Daarnaast heb je minimaal 5 jaar relevante kennis en ervaring in een technische omgeving en heb je meerdere jaren aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring. Verder ben je bij uitstek een people-manager en weet op een goede manier het beste uit andere mensen te halen. Ook heb je een proactieve, creatieve en klantgerichte werkinstelling en heb je een persoonlijkheid en motivator die zijn bijdrage aan de bedrijfsgroei ziet als een uitdaging. Als laatste heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
