De functie van Chief Human Resources Officer biedt de kans om samen te werken met een multifunctioneel team en bij te dragen aan het langetermijnsucces van ons bedrijf. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
Verantwoordelijkheden en taken die je zult uitvoeren:
Verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectief beleid en procedures op het gebied van Human Capital.
- Samenwerken met zowel de HR-manager van ons kantoor in India als de HR-organisatie van ons moederbedrijf Danieli.
- Begroten en rapporteren van gegevens met betrekking tot human capital, personeelsbestand, enz.
- Werving en onboarding, inclusief zorg voor immigratieaspecten.
- Contractering van externe middelen.
- Performance Management, inclusief ontwikkeling van medewerkers en management.
- Adviseren van zowel het lijnmanagement als medewerkers.
- Interne communicatie over personeels- en organisatieontwikkelingen.
- Ondersteunen van vergaderingen met de Ondernemingsraad en onderhandelingen over de Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst.
- Als 'Arbo-vertegenwoordiger' advies geven over het gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu beleid van het bedrijf (ISO en voorzitten van de P&O/Arbo-commissievergaderingen.
- Beheer van verzuim, Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluaties.
- Beheer van payroll en systemen voor tijdregistratie (Administrator).
Jij neemt mee; een BSc/MSc-diploma op het gebied van Human Capital Management of een equivalent, kennis van het Nederlandse arbeidsrecht en -regelgeving, en minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een internationaal B-to-B bedrijf. Ervaring met werken in een HR-matrixorganisatie. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Engels. Pragmatische en dynamische teamspeler. Gevoeligheid voor interpersoonlijke situaties. Empathisch en actief luisteraar.
