- het eerste aanspreekpunt bij de receptie voor alle huurders en gasten van onze werkruimte en het verzorgen van kantoorrondleidingen en inspecties
- ervoor zorgen dat alle operationele en administratieve taken soepel verlopen, u bent de gastheer en belangrijkste contactpersoon ter plaatse en dus verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid
- oproepen aannemen en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de distributie en verzending van post.
- oog hebben voor bestellingen, factuurcontrole en voorraadbeheer
- zorgen voor netheid en orde in de hele werkruimte, de openbare ruimtes organiseren en regelmatig onze koffiekeuken en automaat bevoorraden.
- verantwoordelijk zijn voor het inwerken van nieuwe huurders en de contactpersoon en merkambassadeur zijn voor alle aspecten van de werkruimte
- belast met de voorbereiding en follow-up van conferenties en evenementen en het toezicht daarop
- zelfstandig organiseren en uitvoeren van onze regelmatige gemeenschapsevenementen
- het verzorgen van de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van het netwerk van de gehele Ruby Group
- verkoop van vergader- en evenementenruimten in dagelijkse uitwisseling met de huurders
- ondersteuning van de verkoopafdeling, bijvoorbeeld bij het bijhouden van het klantenbestand of het opstellen van offerte- en contractdocumenten
- optreden als interface naar alle afdelingen en naar onze externe dienstverleners
- enige ervaring opgedaan in het hotelwezen/gastronomie of op het gebied van kantoorbeheer/werken - misschien zelfs in het buitenland
- een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit
- charismatisch, zelfverzekerd en empathisch tegenover gasten en collega's
- hoog kwaliteitsbewustzijn
- zich bewust zijn van de behoeften van onze huurders en hen daarover kunnen adviseren
- een organisatietalent met zeer goede multitaskingvaardigheden en professioneel omgaan met conflicten en het vinden van oplossingen daarvoor.
- een duurzame mentaliteit en proactief helpen om milieuvriendelijkere alternatieven te vinden, hulpbronnen te behouden en afval te vermijden
