Wat ga jij doen als Manager | Deal Execution | Strategy?

Als Manager Deal Execution werk je aan due diligences, zowel aan de buy-side als aan de sell-side. Je ondersteunt klant in het opstellen van separatie blauwdrukken, integratie plannen en day-1 readiness voorbereidingen. Daarnaast implementeer je plannen en vertaal je operationele veranderingen naar financiele impact (onderbouwt en verwerkt in financiele modellen). Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het engagement team in zowel de begeleiding van junioren als het verzorgen van afstemming met de klant.

"Ik zorg ervoor dat integraties en separaties worden voorbereid en gerealiseerd waarbij ik nauw samenwerk met de klant en projectteams aanstuur. Ik draag bij aan het definieren van toekomstige bedrijfsmodellen en creeer hiermee waarde voor de klant en draag bij aan het slagingspercentage van de deal."

Je komt te werken in het Deal Execution team (met een focus op integratie en separatie) wat een strategie teams binnen Deals is. Het team kenmerkt zich als internationaal en sociaal. We zijn in ontwikkeling en jij hebt een actieve rol om onze ambities te verwerkelijken. Je geeft leiding aan juniors, je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en waarborgt hoge kwaliteit deliverables.

Jouw uitdagingen

Houd jij de rust en het overzicht in een complexe transactie dynamiek?

Dit neem jij mee

Een relevante master titel (bijv. in bedrijfskunde, economie, technische studie)
6+ jaar ervaring in (consultancy in) M&A, finance, operations of strategie
Pro-actief, analytisch, cijfermatig sterk, team speler, resultaat gedreven en stress bestendig
Bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van teams
Solide rapportage, presentatie, communicatie en team management vaardigheden
