- Streamlining execution of the transformation into a Tech Support Office with a clear purpose, clear roles and responsibilities, uniform processes, and one way of working.

- Remain focused on the efficient execution of the support roles within the Tech Support Office.

- As a staff member of the MT RNT, report to the CTO RNT on the realization of the objectives and KPIs.
- Experience as manager, familiar with HR, Finance & Control responsibilities;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely towards both RNT stakeholders, as well as other departments like Control and Facilities;
- Able to formulate a vision and mobilize the team to work together while also taking responsibility for the domain they support;
- Experience with working Agile, and affinity of or knowledge of dashboarding and finance are beneficial;
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent English and Dutch language capability (both verbally and in writing);
- Academic qualification preferably in a relevant field and at least 10 years experience, specifically with the relevant part on the above indicated additional (knowledge) requirements.
