    De job van een marketing analyst

    Als marketing analyst ontwikkel, meet en optimaliseer je marketingstrategieën in diverse domeinen, zoals prijs- en promozetting, retailmarketing en category management. Je bewaakt mee de roadmap van onze divisie en zorgt ervoor dat projecten en processen op een efficiënte én effectieve manier worden opgeleverd. Daarbij werk je samen met andere afdelingen zoals verkoop, IT en controlling.

    Jouw takenpakket omvat:

    • Marktonderzoek en -analyse : je verzamelt en analyseert marktgegevens, identificeert klantsegmenten en formuleert aanbevelingen voor marketingstrategieën.
    • Monitoring van prestaties : je biedt ondersteuning bij de monitoring van marketingactiviteiten en stelt gedetailleerde rapporten op over prestaties.
    • Optimalisatie : je zoekt naar verbeteringen van marketingstrategieën op basis van verzamelde gegevens en feedback. Vervolgens formuleer je ook verbetervoorstellen.
    • Projectwerk en -coördinatie : je bewaakt de roadmap van de divisie, werkt samen met andere afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan veranderingen binnen de divisie.
    • Kennisontwikkeling : je biedt advies over diverse domeinen, blijf op de hoogte van markttrends en fungeert als klankbord voor collega's.

    Hierin herken je jezelf

    • Je combineert een masterdiploma in een marketing- of economische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Daarnaast heb je minimum vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
    • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, bent punctueel en volgt graag zaken tot in de puntjes op.
    • Je bent een vlotte communicator en bouwt zo een goede werkrelatie op binnen én buiten de divisie.
    • Je beschikt over goede timemanagementvaardigheden en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Deadlines zijn voor jou een extra drijfveer.
