    Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij?

    De liefde van je leven vind je maar één keer. De leukste baan van je carrière ook. Dit is dat moment. Omdat we razendsnel groeien en nog razendsneller gaan groeien, zoeken we namelijk een Buying Administrator (Inkoopadministrator) met veertien rechterhanden. Zo kunnen onze Buyers (Inkopers) doen waar ze goed in zijn: de mooiste artikelen voor de beste prijs in de winkel zetten. Een buitenkansje voor een organisatorisch sterke professional die graag diep in administraties duikt, maar dat liefst doet bij een organisatie waar je tussen het inkloppen van cijfers door kunt chillen in de games room.

    Wat je doet als Buying Administrator

    Een team van Buyers administratief ondersteunen. Op 1001 manieren, maar altijd met de precisie én snelheid waar jij bekend om staat. Denk aan het vastleggen van afspraken die inkopers met leveranciers maken. Voor insiders en mensen die dat straks worden: dat zijn zogenaamde "vendor allowances", kortingen en premies die achteraf door de leveranciers worden betaald. En aan het verzorgen van de facturen daarvoor. Maar je helpt ook met promoties, bijvoorbeeld door de online prijzen, vergoedingen en forecast goed te zetten. En je helpt met het vastleggen van de contractuele afspraken in het contractmanagementsysteem.

    Ook doen we graag een beroep op je speurderskwaliteiten, bijvoorbeeld als er financiële afwijkingen worden geconstateerd en we niet meteen weten wat de oorzaak is. Aan jou om die te achterhalen en eventuele creditnota's voor leveranciers op te stellen. Ook het spotten van missende vergoedingen of afspraken hoort tot je taken.

    Net als het, samen met collega's van andere afdelingen, oplossen daarvan. Je werkt dus niet op een onbewoond administratief eiland, maar hebt volop contact met de business. En met leveranciers, want zij weten je onder andere te vinden bij vragen over "vendor allowances".

    Als Buying Administrator land je binnen een van onze winkelteams, waar je optrekt met (ligt voor de hand) de inkopers die je ondersteunt. Maar je wordt ook goed gevonden door business collega's die vragen hebben én door leveranciers. Een rol dus waarin je schakelt met een forse groep mensen. En een rol waarin je alle in's & out's van e-commerce sourcing ontdekt. Samen met je team verander je retail om het dagelijks leven van 13 miljoen klanten makkelijker te maken. Elke dag opnieuw.

    Ondersteun inkopers op organisatorisch en administratief gebied. Geef leveranciers de juiste antwoorden op prangende, vaak financiële vragen. En bewijs je enorme meerwaarde als Buying Administrator bij een van de grootste platformspelers van Nederland en België.

    Sollicitatieproces

  • Wij bekijken je sollicitatie zorgvuldig en binnen twee weken weet je of we je uitnodigen voor een gesprek.
  • Wij nemen telefonisch contact met je op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen.
  • Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op jouw competenties en je eerdere werkervaring. En natuurlijk ook de inhoud van de functie.
  • Voor het tweede gesprek vragen we je om van te voren een online assessment te maken. Bij sommige functies kunnen we je vragen om iets extra's, zoals een business case.
