    Business continuity manager

    Burgers en bedrijven willen op de Belastingdienst kunnen vertrouwen. Als business-continuitymanager zorg jij dat zij dit ook kunnen. Je levert een substantiële bijdrage aan de continuïteit van de kritische bedrijfsprocessen. Dankzij jou is dit proces scherp ingericht en continu actueel.

    Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst

    Je bent als business-continuitymanager verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en uitvoering van het business-continuitymanagement (BCM) binnen jouw directie. Dit beleid geef je vorm én je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling. Wat ook mooi is: je draagt bij aan de bescherming van de reputatie van de Belastingdienst, door jouw adequate reacties op verstoringen van het bedrijfsproces.

    Daarnaast lever je, gevraagd en ongevraagd, concrete adviezen aan mensen op de werkvloer en aan het management- en het crisismanagementteam. Ook houd je je bezig met de coördinatie en uitvoering van businessimpactanalyses. Je toetst de uitvoering van het bedrijfscontinuïteitsplan en bewaakt de verbeterpunten, zodat we bedreigingen en kwetsbaarheden tijdig kunnen signaleren en behandelen. Ten slotte vertegenwoordig je de directie in het Belastingdienstbrede BCM-overleg.

    Wanneer past deze baan bij je?


    • Je hebt hbo/wo werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van bedrijfskunde of securitymanagement.

    •Je hebt twee tot vijf jaar relevante werkervaring als BCM.

    • Je hebt ervaring in het vakgebied business analyse; architectuur en Business Continuity Management bij een grotere complexere organisatie. Ervaring bij de rijksoverheid is een pre.

    •Je hebt ervaring met risicoanalysemethoden en bij voorkeur met certificeringen als ABCI.

    • Je hebt ervaring met advisering in een complexe politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.

    • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
