    Join our affiliateTotalEnergies E&P NETHERLANDS in The Hague

    On this position, you will work as a fiscal consultant on special projects and you will be working in the tax team responsible for the Dutch tax position of TotalEnergies in theNetherlands. The scope of the tax team consists of 92 entities and multiple taxes (CIT, VAT, energy tax). The function of fiscal "special projects" consultant will be on several subjects including, but not limited to, the two activities below:

    1. Tax compliance calculation and automation

    • Tax assets calculation
    • Tax assets calculation
    Set-up automated calculations of the tax book value for specific, complex assets. The fiscal "special projects" consultant will work together closely with the tax team and the external advisor to reach the goal of an automated calculation process for several complex assets
    • Tax compliance management
    Automate tax compliance management : the tax compliance management includes the management of tax assessments received and related to follow-up actions
    • LEAN project
    The aim is to get a better grip on the management of deadlines, actions and communication with the tax authorities. The fiscal "special projects" consultant will support the identification of solutions and manage the implementation with the support of the Head of Tax.
    • Manage the set-up of a local file (document describing inter-company transactions and remunerations)

    The aim of the local file is to document the arm's length nature of these transactions and remunerations. The set-up of the local file will be done in cooperation with the company's external TP advisor and with support of the international tax specialist. The function of the fiscal "special projects" consultant is to manage the project, conduct interviews with diverse entities and divisions in NL, gather the required information and make sure that all information is gathered within the given deadlines.

    You will work with a fun and pleasant team of 3 specialists and we offer enough challenges, room for own initiative and support of the entire tax team if needed.

    The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

    The affiliate will provide a FLATSHARE accommodation.

    To be eligible for this program, you must be between 18 and 28 and hold the nationality of one of the countries in the European Economic Area.
