Trade & Compliance manager– Wrist Holland Rotterdam

• Develop and oversee compliance regulations procedures to ensure all import and export requirements are met with particular focus on exports from Rotterdam to USA and Far East/Middle East respectively
• Advise conformity requirements for current and new suppliers and identify potential compliance risks Assist Wrist branches, Wrist sourcing offices and Category Managers in ensuring compliance on import and export
• Continuous follow-up on changes in compliance requirements and regulations, in the countries where Wrist branches are present, within relevant areas.
• Communicate current requirements and possible changes to internal stakeholders and function as Wrist’s go-to person on compliance
• Supporting in Maintaining the Rotterdam site IFS System

• Maintaining the Quality Management System [ISO 9001:2015, IATA and 13485:2016], and GDP (Good distribution Practice)
• Ensuring compliance with EU and national regulation
• Provide support to operations on Key Customer Account in relations to GDP, Air cargo Security and other quality related subjects. Identifying Risk areas and develop actionable
• Review and revision of SOP’s in line with Operations, Logistic and Customer Requirements. Monitoring of Quality KPI’s
• Overseeing and coordinating Non-conformities, including implementation of CAPA process.
• Support in preparing and conducting Internal and External Audits. 

Task & responsibility:

• Maintaining the Quality Management System [ISO 9001:2015, IATA and 13485:2016], and GDP (Good distribution Practice)
• Ensuring compliance with EU and national regulation
• Provide support to operations on Key Customer Account in relations to GDP, Air cargo Security and other quality related subjects. Identifying Risk areas and develop actionable
• Review and revision of SOP’s in line with Operations, Logistic and Customer Requirements. Monitoring of Quality KPI’s

Coordinate and control all product launches under customer requirements and international legislation at each stage and utilise commercial awareness to keep the satisfaction and confidence in the product. Track relevant laws and regulations and update operating manuals and procedural documents when regulations change. Prepare compliance status reports. Second party Audit based on customer requests and BRC Version 7 System. Labelling verification. 

• Perform Internal Audits in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
• Supporting building and maintain any aspects of BRC V3 Storage and Distribution System
• Microbiological trend analysis

• Software master data management of the packaging changing across all site’s Units in coordination with NPD Department

•  Oversee the quality of all aspects in the food production process against M&S and BRC V7 standards
• Supported the QA Manager with gathering KPI information and collaborated with department officials to discuss and formalizing measurable goals to guarantee targets were met.

Headed all aspects of Quality Control System based on BRC V7 and HACCP and performing statistical analysis data for KPI purposes. TACCP and VACCP system conceived and consolidated.

• Creating and maintaining Work Instructions, Procedures and management control procedures based on BRC V7 and Retailers requirements. Validating and supervising factory equipment’s. Controlling the sampling systems according to customer demands and legal requirements.
