I have been in clinical research for years and it is a field in which I like to work, I am rigorous, organized and flexible in my time and able to manage several projects at the same time in order to bring customer satisfaction

for 11 years from study coordinator to project manager. I worked in different therapeutic area specifically in oncology and hematology where I excelled as lead CRA  and Project manager I gained a great deal of knowledge of the field of clinical research by putting myself in each role and understanding the mechanism.

Becoming a project manager was my most relevant experience and challenge because this role they get out of monitoring visit and verification of  patient medical source. We find ourselves facing a client who asks that his project be lead to success So you have to do everything to get there and it requires a great teamwork a perfec relationship  with the different departments involved in the project in order to deliver the project in opportin time. Not to mention the finance and budget part of the project which is largely managed by the PM
