Kousha Afarin

I am an urban planner who is interested in sustainability, public space, public life interactions, and environmental studies. Although, as a civil and structural engineer I experienced how infrastructures can impact human well-being on a small scale, I continued my education as an urban planner to learn how public spaces and cities on a large scale can affect the quality of our life.
I am always eager to find opportunities where can I connect with colleagues to learn something new within the planning, design, and development field.

built of affordable housing in the north of Iran(Babolsar)
it was part of the Maskan Mehr project in the north of Iran. The project contained 120 units in suburban areas
of Babolsar City. I was a member of the structural designer's team and also as a site manager,
analyzed the project progress and progress of the building according to the plans.
