-  Planet Durable brings the 17 SDGs into Dutch secondary school classrooms by providing assignments that connect the Global Goals to specific domains of the national syllabuses for Economics, Civics and Geography.

- Won the ‘RSM Entrepreneurship Challenge’ providing us access to funding and private on-campus office space

- Developing the website using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

UNILEVER (FORECAST EXCELLENCE OFFICER)
- Maintained the 6-month rolling volume forecast for Home Care on all BNX accounts (20+ Mil. Units/QTR)

- Identified & presented the drivers of forecast adjustments, deltas, and indices for the monthly S&OP cycle

- Worked closely with the financial performance management team to solve volume-value misalignment of ±10%

- 0.8 FTE during full-time studies

UNILEVER (INTERN)
- Evaluated forecast bias & accuracy and processed forecast adjustments for the Personal Care category (1000+ products)

Python project: ‘Project Kowalski’
- Built an automated outlier detection system used by the financial performance management team

- Doubled the work efficiency for the bi-weekly outlier checks

- Priority project for 2021Q4 within the Unilever BNX Operations department

DSW ZORGVERZEKERAARS (WORKING STUDENT)
- Conducted literature research on sustainable employability, collective discounts, market developments, and more

- Interviewed management of 15 different employers & collected and analysed data from 300+ survey results using R

- Made evidence-based recommendations to grow in the market for collective health insurance policies with SMEs

- Presented to executives and the commercial department

OSTRICA INVESTMENTS (PROJECT RESEARCHER)
- Conducted research on the Dutch retirement market and the impact of future regulatory changes

- Advised a partnership programme to stimulate the outsourcing of asset management from retirement funds to Ostrica
