In my current role as an Assistant Manager at H&D Horeca VOF (in central Amsterdam), I manage front-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure high service standards. In my recent role at the Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport Hotel, one of the largest and busiest hotels in the Netherlands, I gained valuable industry knowledge and hands-on experience. I implemented innovative ideas that led to a 10% increase in positive guest feedback and improved team performance and morale by ensuring adherence to service standards.
I am particularly passionate about working in a close-knit team and am eager to bring my enthusiasm to the company.
