• Diagnosed and resolved complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365, including applications like Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, as well as services like Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Effectively managed relationships with multiple Customers, Partners and collaborated with Microsoft clients by my in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 to perform thorough troubleshooting, often involving advanced features such as running PowerShell commands and configurations. 
• Handled customer inquiries by documenting incidents, gathered customer suggestions and identified technical issues that required attention where I recorded all relevant details and promptly relayed this information to the Microsoft Backend Team for further analysis and resolution.

• Assisted in compiling information and contributing to the monthly vulture bulletin, ensuring that it provided accurate and valuable insights into vulture conservation efforts and engaged in various communications and awareness activities focused on vultures in Africa including the continuous update and revitalization of the Africa vulture webpage and extranet page.
• Effectively co-managed a project titled Egyptian Vulture Conservation in Ethiopia in monitoring and reporting project progress and efforts to combat illegal trade in vultures, and integrated anti-poisoning projects in both East and Southern Africa.
• Assisted in the preparation and organization of major high-level policy events. These events served as invaluable platforms for influencing policy and legislation in favor of vulture conservation, demonstrating Birdlife International commitment to safeguarding these vital species.
• Ensured that the communication efforts were robust, the projects were effectively monitored, and policy events were well-prepared and impactful.
• My contributions significantly enhanced the visibility and impact of vulture conservation efforts in Africa, ultimately bolstering Birdlife International's mission to protect and preserve these essential avian species.
• Successfully revived the Africa vulture webpage and extranet page for awareness activities on vultures in Africa.

• Effectively facilitated knowledge management elements of the International Hydrology Programme (IHP) for countries in Eastern Africa region.
• Assisted in management and coordination of the actions under International Hydrological program (IHP)  by utilizing my analytical skills to assess their impact and performance. 
• Assisted in comprehensive research on integrated water resources management, and transboundary cooperation specifically focused on Eastern Africa involving in-depth analysis and assessment of key factors impacting water resource management in the region.
• Assisted in thorough risk assessments for projects operating under the IHP program, identifying potential challenges and implementing strategies to mitigate them by ensuring the smooth progression of initiatives.

My role involved contributing my expertise to the various stages of app development, including conceptualization and collection of rainfall data of all the African countries. 
• Successfully developed a Rainwater Harvesting App tailored for African context.

• Monitored the implementation of management plans for wetlands and water resources in Kenya to ensure that management plans for wetlands were effectively executed. 
• Assisted in reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, ensuring that environmental projects were conducted in adherence to regulatory standards. 
• Identified and engaged relevant lead agencies for sectoral comments.
• Assisted in preparing adverts for major environmental projects and gathered public opinions about significant environmental projects. 
• Advised clients on environmental matters on a wide range of environmental issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
