Super B is a leading technology company providing innovative lithium solutions across diverse markets, including Camper, Maritime, Industrial, and Powersports.

We are seeking a talented and driven online marketeer to join our team to enhance our online presence and customer engagement within these specialized sectors.


As an Online Marketeer at Super B, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies that promote our products and services to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences within the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, and Powersports markets.

You will work closely with various departments, including sales, engineering, and business development, to create integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales in these key markets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies tailored to the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, and Powersports markets for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs specific to these sectors to formulate effective marketing plans together with the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the online marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for future campaigns based on data insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing, including the use of CRM systems and marketing automation tools, with a focus on the unique customer journeys in the target markets.
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates.
  • Create content for new campaigns (1520% of your time).

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a technology company.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, resultsoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and digital technologies.
  • Experience or a strong interest in the Camper, Maritime, Industrial, or Powersports market is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French and German are preferred.
