HR Business Partner at Super B:
Would you like to make an impact in the Energy Transition, and help professionalize our growing company? Are you looking for a small team (2 colleagues + 1 external Recruiter) in an international environment where we work hard, but also have a lot of fun?

As an HR Business Partner at Super B Lithium Power B.V. within the Personnel Department, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's people strategy and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.

HR works for 3 Units:
Batteries (76 fte), Charging Poles (22 fte), and Containerized solutions (30 fte). Besides the regular duties of

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide tactical HR guidance
  • Provide coaching and support to Employees and Managers on Sustainable Employability, Performance Management and Training
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Create letters, employment contracts, and other documentation
  • Align with payroll
  • Create a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience

  • Creation of Training Matrix
  • Partner in developing the digital company strategy, including AI and Bio-Engineering

What is needed for this role:

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in HRM
  • Work Experience in HR, previous work experience in tech is a plus
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Netherlands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to drive informed decisionmaking
  • Business Acumen
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages
