Fyffes GBS is in charge of handling various financial services and processes across multiple markets. As an Order to Cash Analyst, you will oversee the order-to-cash cycle, including order management, customer service, and billing, requiring attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and timeliness;
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to confirm order details;
Reconcile inventory balances and monitor levels for timely order fulfillment;
Address stock availability and delivery issues;
Implement order tracking systems and communicate proactively with customers;
Resolve customer inquiries related to orders and shipments efficiently;
Provide exceptional customer service through problem resolution;
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Generate accurate customer invoices and collaborate with finance for proper coding;
Identify opportunities for streamlining the billing process;
Implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency;
Create and analyze reports on order status and billing accuracy

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field;
Previous experience in order management, customer service, and billing roles;
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and reporting tools;
Business-level English language skills required; additional languages preferred

Technical Skills Requirements

Ability to work independently and in a team with emphasis on accuracy;
Hands-on work approach with strong organizational and multitasking skills;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
