- Omdat je ook zonder technische achtergrond tóch de kans krijgt je te specialiseren binnen een technische functie (of binnen de autobranche).
- Je gaat rechtstreeks in dienst bij Carglass in Den Bosch en start met een contract voor bepaalde tijd.
- Het gaat om een functie van minimaal 16 uur en maximaal 40 uur per week.
- Elke maand krijg je een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris van minimaal € 2.307, – en maximaal € 2.900, – (afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring).
- Aangevuld met 8% vakantiegeld en 5% atv-toeslag die je kunt omruilen voor 13 atv-dagen.
- Je geniet van 24 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime).
- Uiteraard krijg je een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 netto per kilometer voor het woon-werkverkeer (met een maximum van € 194, – per maand).
- Een telefoon en korting op je sportabonnement krijg je van ons.
- Bovendien kun je gebruikmaken van een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- En naast werk is er ook tijd voor plezier. Denk hierbij aan teamuitjes, het Carglass Event en de jaarlijkse triatlon in Londen waar we ons samen inzetten voor de Afrika Tikkun.

Ervoor zorgen dat klanten weer snel en veilig de weg op kunnen? Als ruitschade hersteller bij Carglass ben jij de glas guru die klanten zo goed mogelijk helpt. Want ingeslagen zijruiten? Een sterretje in de voorruit? Een kapot achterraam? Jij kan het allemaal. En door je adviserende rol denk je in het commerciële belang mee. Je krijgt te maken met diverse klanten en collega's, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Zo ziet de functie eruit:
In de functie van ruitschade hersteller leg jij tijdens het herstellen van een ruitschade aan de klant uit wat je aan het doen bent. En waarom. Dit doe je voornamelijk op locatie bij de klant of in het service center van Carglass. Naast het uitvoeren van ruitreparaties ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant. Je leert op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier met onze klanten in gesprek te gaan. Je overtreft de verwachtingen van je klanten en benut elke kans om ze enthousiast te maken. Met jouw klant- en servicegerichte instelling kun je klanten adviseren over veiligheidsissues zoals de kwaliteit van ruitenwissers. Het resultaat? Een onvergetelijke ervaring voor iedereen die door jou geholpen is.
Daar stopt deze rol niet. Want zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling? Voor jou geen enkel probleem. Daarnaast begin je met een interne opleiding tot ruitrepartie specialist. Deze training vindt plaats op onze Academy in Utrecht. Vervolgens breng je het geleerde in de praktijk, onder begeleiding van een ervaren hoofd- of servicemonteur op een service center en mobiel. En doorgroeien? Zeker Binnen de organisatie krijg je de mogelijkheid om je nóg verder te ontwikkelen. Bijvoorbeeld richting servicemonteur.
