Het contentteam van Europa's snelst groeiende retailer gaat digitaal en verlegt de focus van gecentraliseerde naar gelokaliseerde content om zo miljoenen klanten in heel Europa te bereiken. Als copywriter Engels bij Action stimuleer je de doeltreffendheid van online en offline content . Content is de sleutel tot ons succes, dus help ons te groeien en sluit je aan bij ons creatieve team op het hoofdkantoor van Action in de provincie Noord-Holland
Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions
Voor deze functie gebruik je jouw uitstekende kennis van het Engels en copywriting om conversiegerichte content te creëren voor al onze kanalen. Door nauw samen te werken met collega's, waaronder SEO-specialisten, de fotostudio, productredacteurs, online marketeers en eigenaren van kanalen, zorg je ervoor dat je onze klanten op onze Engelstalige markten aanspreekt.
Conversie bij Action betekent verkeer genereren naar onze website en app, wat leidt tot winkelbezoeken. Samen met de specialisten van de betrokken afdelingen bepaal je KPI's waarmee je de doeltreffendheid van je content voor onze sociale kanalen, digitale nieuwsbrieven, blogs, website en app volgt, evalueert en voortdurend verbetert. Bij alles wat je schrijft, zet je onze klanten op de eerste plaats. Je optimaliseert ook voortdurend je content voor zoekmachines, waarbij de groei van SEO het belangrijkst is voor ons team.
Je schrijft creatieve marktspecifieke content, betrekt onze klanten bij lokale feesten en feestdagen en reageert op actuele gebeurtenissen. Je lokaliseert ook Europese campagnes, zoals onze zomer- en tuincampagnes, en transcreëert deze indien nodig.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de redacteurs die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de productbeschrijvingen en collega's die verantwoordelijk zijn voor offline content, zoals onze wekelijkse posters in de winkel en tweewekelijkse folders die worden verspreid onder miljoenen gezinnen. Veel van deze content wordt door een bureau vertaald. Het is jouw taak om die vertalingen te herzien, waarbij je nauw contact houdt met het bureau om hen te helpen hun output te verbeteren.
