- As an Enterprise Agility Coach, you will lead the End-to-End Enterprise Agile Transformation to enhance business agility and customer-centricity across Philips.
- You will be part of the Impact360 Team within Enterprise Excellence, collaborating with experts in Design Thinking, Lean, Change Management, and Performance Management to implement customer-centered solutions.
- Detail and refine transformation roadmaps, support global Business Units, and train senior leadership on Lean-Agile mindsets and transformational leadership behaviours.
- Optimize agile practices, build a culture of continuous improvement, and leverage storytelling and communication to drive change across various teams and projects.
- You hold a master's degree in a relevant field and have over 10 years of experience, including 5-6 years as an Agile coach or in a similar role.
- You have certified Scaled Agile or similar agile certifications, and hands-on experience with modern backlog management tools.
- You possess a background in systems thinking, applying various coaching techniques, and methodologies within Continuous Improvement (CI), Design Thinking, and Agile domains.
- You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive for business impact
