    Analytical Chemistry team and are looking for un enthusiastic and motivated ( Bio )Analytical Chemist.

    About the Role

    The Analytical Laboratory plays a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. Besides analytical method development, this includes both routine testing to support our R&D activities and GMP QC analyses. As a (Bio)Analytical Chemist, you will carry out a wide range of analytical tests that are essential for product development and quality control. You will work with diverse and advanced techniques such as ELISA, HPLC, protein quantification assays, gel electrophoresis and western blot. Knowledge of GC, KF and DSC would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    - Perform QC analysis on batches.

    - Perform routine analysis according to procedures and protocols on (stability) samples to support product development.

    - Record analytical results into lab books, Test Data Sheets or data systems, to obtain (graphical) overviews ready for interpretation.

    - Verify and report whether assay controls and samples are within specifications.

    - Perform peer review of analytical data.

    - Support in data interpretation.

    - Identify, propose, and implement laboratory improvements (technical, Operational, EHS).

    - Ensure proper functioning, qualification, and maintenance of assigned laboratory equipment.

    - Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and methods.

    What do you bring?

    - Education equivalent to MLO Laboratory Technician ( Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry )

    - Several years of experience in analytical chemistry within (bio)pharmaceuticals, biotech, food, or biomaterials.

    - Hands on experience with biochemical assays

    - Experience with U/HPLC, SEC, gel electrophoresis and ELISA is highly preferred.

    - Strong practical analytical and administrative skills.

    - You are result-oriented, precise, a team player, hands-on, and proactive.

Your monthly salary will be between EUR, depending on your education and experience.

    About Nanomi

    Nanomi is leader in the field of microsphere and nanoparticle development of long-acting release injectable medicines. The company is located in the green surroundings of Oldenzaal and is a subsidiary of Lupin ltd. The Nanomi team is relatively young and consists of about 50 employees currently. By the different cultures within the team and our Indian mother company, we are internationally oriented. The working atmosphere is informal and dynamic, with personal development and humor as important pillars.

    There are two operational departments (Formulation/Process and Analytical Chemistry) with three different well-equipped laboratories in our state-of-the-art facilities. At the formulation laboratory the small-scale product development of microsphere and nanoparticle long-acting release injectables takes place, whereafter the in the process laboratory the production process is scaled up to commercial scale.

    The Analytical Chemistry department is responsible for the development of analytical methods to fully characterize our products, microsphere and nanoparticle long-acting release injectables. The analytical laboratory provides cross functional expertise in the development of the products and once developed, the analytical laboratory takes care of GMP QC testing. As a team, we strive for high quality and efficient output.
