    Waar kom je te werken als Head of Procurement & Facility Management bij CACEIS?
    Binnen CACEIS geef je als Head of Procurement & Facility Management leiding aan zowel het Procurement als Facility Management team en help je de teams en de individuele collega's zich verder te ontwikkelen. Als hoofd van de afdeling rapporteer je aan de Group Head of Procurement van CACEIS in Parijs, met een functionele lijn naar het NL EXCO lid verantwoordelijk voor Procurement NL en geef je leiding aan 7 betrokken collega's.
    Wat ga je doen als Head of Procurement & Facility Management bij CACEIS?
    Je plant en structureert de activiteiten van de afdeling om een kostenefficiënt inkoopbeleid te voeren en draagt bij aan het realiseren van de organisatiedoelstellingen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de eindverantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het Facility Management van de Nederlandse Branch.
    Je geeft leiding aan alle organisatieveranderingsprojecten voor de Inkoop- en Facility Management organisatie binnen Nederland en draagt zorg voor een solide bedrijfsvoering.
    Je bepaalt, waarborgt en beoordeelt de dienstverlening, processen, apparatuur en veiligheid om de activiteiten van de afdeling en de Nederlandse Branch systematisch te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.
    Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling volgens de afgesproken doelstellingen op basis van budget en servicekwaliteit.
    Procurement

    • Je plant en structureert de activiteiten van de afdeling om een kostenefficiënt inkoopbeleid te voeren, waarbij je wettelijke eisen en duurzaamheidsoverwegingen integreert.

    • Je ontwerpt en ontwikkelt de inkoopstrategie in lijn met de doelstellingen van de organisatie om de toegevoegde waarde en continuïteit van het aanbod te borgen en bij te dragen aan de realisatie van de strategie van de organisatie.

    • Je gaat langdurige partnerships aan met strategisch belangrijke leveranciers om een kosteneffectief inkoopbeleid te kunnen voeren.

    • Je zet nieuwe processen en systemen op voor effectieve inkoop organisatie breed en je onderzoekt mogelijkheden voor bredere besparingen en een kwalitatief hoogstaand aanbod.

    • Je zorgt voor het people management binnen het inkoopteam door het coachen en begeleiden van de medewerkers en zorgt voor de overdracht van expertise om de continuïteit op lange termijn en een motiverende werkomgeving te garanderen.
    Kortom, je zorgt voor een goede dienstverlening met betrouwbare partijen tegen een faire prijs in lijn met het beleid van de groep.

    Facility Management

    • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de infrastructuur op de locatie voldoet aan alle gezondheids- en veiligheidseisen en dat ons facility management voldoet aan de wetgeving om het welzijn op de werkplek te verbeteren.

    • Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met het Facility Management team en externe leveranciers.

    • Je neemt deel aan nieuwe projecten en geeft leiding aan essentiële centrale diensten (receptie, beveiliging, onderhoud, schoonmaak, enz.) om eventuele tekortkomingen te voorkomen.

    • Je coördineert de opzet, het onderhoud en de verbetering van het Business Continuity Plan gerelateerd aan de Nederlandse vestiging.

    Wat heb je nodig om als Head of Procurement & Facility Management bij CACEIS aan de slag te gaan?

    • Je beschikt over een HBO of masterdiploma en hebt een aanzienlijke werkervaring van minimaal tien jaar in inkoop. Ervaring in de facilitaire sector in een technische omgeving is een bijkomende troef.

    • Je hebt diepgaande expertise op het gebied van facility management en inkoop.

    • Je bent een sterke communicator, een ervaren onderhandelaar, resultaatgericht en streeft naar een optimale balans tussen kostenbeheersing en het creëren van toegevoegde waarde voor de organisatie.

    • Je bent een enthousiaste people manager die zorgt voor een fijne werkomgeving en het team leidt naar sterke resultaten.

    • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en communiceert vloeiend in het Engels, Nederlands, Frans is een pre.
