    Rabobank is simplifying and modernising the Financial Accounting and Product Control & Accounting landscape. Within Tribe Finance & Product Control, our squads maintain and build new cloud solutions that will be used within the entire Rabobank.

    Together with Architecture, Tech lead, DevOps teams and Product Owners, you, as a SAP authorisation consultant, will optimise, monitor and design SAP authorisations and controls for the various SAP applications within our bank.

    You and your talent

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP Authorization Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who is willing to learn and grow in their role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
    • Design and implement SAP authorization roles and profiles
    • Conduct user administration, role maintenance, and troubleshooting
    • Provide guidance to clients on best practices for security and access control in SAP systems
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful project delivery

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Basic knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and principles
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment

    Nice-to-Have:

    • SAP certification in Security and Authorization
    • Familiarity with GRC Access Control or IDM/IAM solutions
    • Experience in SAP authorization role design and implementation

    This is what we offer you

    • a gross monthly salary between € 4.068,- and € 5.811,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week).
    • 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
    • an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
    • an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
    • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
    • a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
    • a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
    • Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
