- Strategisch leiderschap. Je werkt aan doelstellingen en jaarplannen én beheert (veranderlijke) processen en procedures;
- FInanciële controles. Je houdt zicht op alle projectfinanciën, neemt actief deel aan het behalen van de jaardoelen en de algemene winstgevendheid van de Business Unit.
- Projecten & Voorstellen. Je beheert proactief de projectvoorstellen van de afdeling, fungeert als Senior Projectmanager én je monitort actief een set van projecten.
- Personeelsbeheer. Actief personeelsmanagement, zowel in kwaliteit als kwantiteit groeit de organisatie, jij stimuleert ontwikkeling, doorgroeimogelijkheden en HR-beleid.
- Startsalaris van €5.500,- tot €6.500,- bruto per maand;

Functie
Als Teamlead Building & Real Estate ben jij verantwoordelijk voor twee hoofdtaken. Enerzijds kijk jij op tactisch en strategisch vlak naar de afdeling, de groei in zowel kwaliteit als kwantiteit én begeleid je een groep van ongeveer 20/25 projectmanagers in de initiatie-, ontwerp- en realisatiefase.
Anderzijds ben jij actief als Senior Projectmanager voor de complexe bouwprojecten binnen de organisatie.

Profiel en vaardigheden
Als Teamlead Building & Real Estate beschik jij over leidinggevende ervaring in de bouw. Dit kan zijn bij een aannemer of ontwikkelaar, maar ook een ander adviesbureau of opdrachtgever behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Je bent benaderbaar en beschikt over leiderschapskwaliteiten. In je werkomgeving ben jij klantgericht, resultaatgericht en zie jij kansen voor de organisatie

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Building & Real Estate, met een omvang van zo'n 80 professionals. Je rapporteert direct aan de Unit Director en neemt actief deel aan het MT.
