    Medical Science Liaison Neurology

    Position:

    The Medical Science Liaison is an expert in communicating complex scientific and medical information to various stakeholders.

    You are the first contact person and clinical data expert for Neurology and Dementia Thought leaders in the Netherlands.

    Responsibilities:


    • Thought leader Engagement;


    • Setting up local/national educational meetings;


    • Sharing scientific information with Health Care Providers within Neurology and Dementia Thought leaders in the Netherlands.


    • Giving product presentations in hospitals;


    • The role takes place almost entirely outside the office and in relation to Health Care Providers (at least 80% of the time "outside");


    • Contribute to the training of the therapeutic advisers (sales) and market access colleagues;


    • Active support of the local brand team with account information;


    • Maintaining medical scientific expertise.

    Your profile:

  • Youhavecompletedahealth-scienceseducation and preferably a PhD within Dementia;
  • You need to haveworkexperienceat ,neurologist,geriatricianormemorynurse);
  • You need to havegoodknowledgeoftheearlydiagnosisprocess;
  • You need tohaveknowledgeofandinterestin Dementia;
  • You preferably have experience within a pharmaceutical company;
  • Youareinpossessionofexcellentsocialandcommunicationskills,includingdemonstrablygoodpresentationskills;
  • Youhaveatalentforcreatingconnections(bridgebuilders)betweenlinksinthediagnosticandtreatmentchain;
  • Youcanfocusonbothshort-termandlong-termgoals;
  • Youseethebenefitsofpioneeringandcandealwiththerelateduncertainties;
  • Youareaself-starterwhocanoperateindependentlyaswellasbepartoftheteam;
  • Youareeagertolearn;
  • Youarecustomer-oriented.

    • NB: you live and work in the Netherlands and are fluent in Dutch and English

    The Medical Science Liaison Neurology reports to Romain Fardellone, Associate Director MSL Management.
