Business Controller - Gemeente KerkradeHet maken van verbindingen met verschillende stakeholders én je interne klant? In de rol van business controller bij de gemeente Kerkrade ligt hier jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Zo ben je in staat om vanuit de inhoud de vertaling te maken richting finance. In de functie van business controller bij de gemeente Kerkrade houd jij je bezig met planning en control zoals het adviseren en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van documenten. Onderwijs, sport, cultuur, professionele instellingen en het sociaal domein (Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo), Jeugdzorg, Schuldhulpverlening en Participatiewet). Naast de planning en control cyclus van de gemeente heb je ook een taak in deze cyclus van verbonden partijen. Daarnaast fungeer je als sparringpartner en adviseer je het management, het bestuur en je collega's over nieuwe ontwikkelingen op basis van bedrijfseconomische analyses. Je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente Kerkrade, inzake financieel en beleidsmatige aspecten in externe overlegsituaties. Tot slot houd jij je bezig met het opstellen van data gedreven rapportages en het ontsluiten van financiële managementinformatie. Waarom dit jouw nieuwe baan wordt?
Je komt terecht in een hecht team. Een dynamische omgeving waarin collega's aan integrale opdrachten werken, eigen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en openstaan voor verandering.
Ook als junior krijg je in deze rol de kans om snel op hoog niveau strategisch te schakelen en écht je stempel te drukken.
Eerst krijg je een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
Het gaat om een functie van minimaal 24 uur per week. 621, - (o.b.v. fulltime).
Jaarlijks geniet je van de volgende verlofuren/-dagen (o.b.v. fulltime):
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om 50% vanuit huis te werken. Om op termijn interne groei door te kunnen maken.
Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde of finance & control. Ben je recent afgestudeerd? Affiniteit met het sociaal domein. Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt mee met je interne klant. En zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kun jij goed uit de voeten.
Je bent empathisch, sociaal én een verbinder in hart en nieren die niet bang is om naar de voorgrond te treden.
Een eerste selectie en kennismaking verzorgen Melissa Stienen (teamlead recruitment) en Nancy Gijsbers (managing consultant) van Farrow + Dutch. Vervolgens heb je een kennismakingsgesprek met Marcel Bakker (afdelingshoofd Sociaal Domein) en Jeanine Packbier (P&O-adviseur). Ook wordt er een TMA (Talent Motivatie Analyse) afgenomen, maar dit is niet bepalend in de procedure. Als onderdeel van het selectieproces maken wij regelmatig gebruik van online-screening.
