The Breakfast Club is looking for a chef Do you like to work during the day and do you like to make beautiful dishes? Do you have at least one year of experience as a chef and can lead and support a kitchen team? Do you want to work in a great team, then we ́re looking for you

The chef of The Breakfast Club is in charge of the entire kitchen.

You manage the employees professionally and take care of the preparations and presentation of the dishes according to planning, fixed instructions and working methods of The Breakfast Club.


General task are:

  • Organizing and assigning work. Giving directions and instructions, supervising the progress and quality of the work. Carrying out assessments for the employees and get them motivated.
  • Estimating expected sales, planning quantities of products to be prepared, monitoring the responsible use of raw materials.
  • Supervising compliance with regulations in the field of safety, working conditions, HACCP and working and presentation methods.
  • Making orders from various suppliers. Checking received materials/ingredients and having contact with suppliers if something went wrong.
  • Arranging holiday leave and absenteeism. Efficiency of personal deployment and makes sure of employee's availability.
  • Making of work schedules and arranging sufficient staffing.

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of products and ingredients.
  • Taking initiative (start on your own, don't wait).
  • Has confidence in his own abilities and quality.
  • Looks ahead in his own work and takes action if necessary.
  • Shows interest in others and what concerns them.
  • Knows how to motivate and enthuse.
