    As iOS engineer in the Rider Experience team you focus on growing our user base by deploying the right incentives and removing friction in our user onboarding. You work closely with your multidisciplinary team to identify and deliver business opportunities within your team's domain.

    Your core focus is to deliver a highly reliable service for our customers, crafting a delightful end-to-end user experience. You move fast, building on a solid foundation of effective application architecture and clean and testable code. You promote the adoption of best practices and contribute new ideas that help shape the future direction of our product and technology stack.

    What you'll do

    • Develop our Tier & Dott Android applications in close collaboration with your team of Software Engineers, Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Designer, participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
    • Ensure stability and scalability of our apps by a consistent application of clean architecture and industry best practices
    • Ship app updates to the Play Store, monitor the health of your applications in production, debugging and mitigating issues as they arise, communicating with stakeholders to align priorities, escalate impediments and inform them of progress
    • Identify technical opportunities that propel our business forward

    What you'll need

    • Passion for technology and Software Engineering
    • User centricity - demonstrated ability to identify and truly grasp user problems, building effective and scalable solutions
    • Critical thinking - observability mindset, strong ability to reflect on own and team performance, data-driven approach
    • Effectiveness as independent contributor - fluency in Kotlin and familiar with best practices, able to implement changes independently, meeting architecture guidelines and quality expectations set by the team
    • 3+ years of experience developing B2C Android applications at scale
    • Interest in backend or iOS development
    • Interest in or experience with multi-platform technologies (Flutter, KMM)
