    Job Description

    Your Role as a Senior Manager Business Line

    As the Senior Manager Business Line, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international audio product business, including strategic planning, team leadership, market expansion, supplier management, logistics optimization, and quality assurance.

    Your Tasks

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for our international audio product business line, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives;
    • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve targets effectively;
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our business into new markets within the 26 countries, conducting thorough market research to assess feasibility and potential return on investment;
    • Oversee the development and launch of new audio products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and market demands effectively;
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality components and negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements;
    • Streamline logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in product transportation and distribution across multiple countries;
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all international markets, staying updated on changes and adapting business practices accordingly.
    Qualifications

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree of Bedrijfskunde (business administration) or electrical engineering.
    • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the audio technology or consumer electronics industry.

    • Exceptional collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
    • Proactive, self-steering attitude towards challenges
    • Strong process knowledge, particularly in logistics, production, and supplier management.
    • Experience running a small company or business unit within a larger organization.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
    • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% in the EMEA area.
