    We are the marine division of the family-owned Damen Shipyards Group which employs globally 12,000 professionals. With a passion for technological innovation and sustainable solutions, we continue to push the boundaries in the shipbuilding sector.

    You can be part of our team Leveraging your broad experience in complex shipbuilding or maritime projects, you design and manage the requirements model, using the customer requirements as your reference.

    You also lead and coach a specialized verification and validation team involved in complex naval shipbuilding projects.

    Managing the requirements model (Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM)) of each ship building project
    Leading, coaching and appraising the verification and validation team involved in complex shipbuilding projects
    Supervising the team collaboration with test and integration engineers for validation activities and oversee the agreement process with the customer on system specifications
    As a Verification & Validation Lead, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities
    ~5+ years of experience designing and executing verification, validation, and acceptance (VV&A) activities related to shipbuilding, offshore equipment, or industrial installations
    ~ Solid experience working with Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and Systems Engineering principles
    ~ Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant technical study
    ~ Strong command of English and Dutch languages both written and verbal
    ~ Working from home policy and other benefits including a bicycle plan and company fitness
