• Job Description:_ We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager Junior IT Support to join our team. As a Junior IT Support, you will be part of our IT team and responsible for providing technical assistance to our internal users. You will be involved in troubleshooting ITrelated issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and support to employees.
• Responsibilities:_
• Monitor and manage onpremises infrastructure & installed system.
• Network monitoring and management (Switch, wifi, DHCP, connections setup and troubleshooting, Firewall, VPN) (Tool: HPE, Aruba central)
• Back up schedule and recover (Tool: Veeam)
• Virtual machine management (Tool: VMware)
• System administration (Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Linux)

Cloud management

• Azure AD and Office 36
• Install new equipment, perform configurations, and implement updates.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve the overall stability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
• Requirements:_
• Completed education at MBO or HBO level in an ITrelated field.

- knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and networking.

• Problemsolving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Is able to communicate in English. Dutch is a pré.
• Team player with a positive and proactive work ethic.
