STOX Energy Socks, gevestigd in Amsterdam, is een snelgroeiend merk, dat zich volledig richt op de markt van compression wear. We zijn een snelgroeiende scale-up en marktleider in de Benelux. Onze volgende stap? De rest van Europa veroveren.
Jouw rol
Je zorgt dat we grip houden op de cijfers door budgetten, verwachtingen en werkelijke resultaten goed te vergelijken. Je vertaalt de financiële cijfers naar slimme inzichten en bent een belangrijke schakel voor teams als Finance, Marketing en Supply Chain.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Maandelijkse rapportage: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële rapportagecyclus en rapporteert maandelijks aan het MT over de belangrijkste KPI's.
• Budgettering: Je begeleidt het jaarlijkse budgetproces
• Spend control: Je ondersteunt het team met het structureren en monitoren van alle uitgaven.
• Forecasting & demand planning: Je houdt de financiële prognoses én de verkoopverwachtingen actueel. Je signaleert of we op koers liggen en geeft het team tijdig inzicht om waar nodig bij te sturen.
• Inkoopbesluit: Op basis van historische verkopen, groeitrends en voorraadniveaus informeer je inkoopafdeling wat en wanneer er besteld moet worden.
• Merchandising support: Je levert inzichten over welke producten waar het best verkopen en waar de prioriteiten moeten liggen.
Vereiste vaardigheden
• Een proactieve en zelfstandige denker.
• Sterk analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om data te vertalen naar heldere aanbevelingen.
• HBO - of WO-niveau, bij voorkeur in een financiele richting zoals Accounting & Financial Management, Finance & Investments, Financial Economics.
• Ervaring met Excel.
• 2+ jaar werkervaring in soorgelijke rol (bij voorkeur).
Aanvullende vaardigheden
• Ervaring met financial modelling, inclusief budgettering, forecasting en rapportagecycli.
• Eerdere ervaring in online marketing of e-commerce.
• Affiniteit met sport en performance wear.
• Bekendheid met BI -tools zoals Looker Studio of PowerBI.

About STOX
Based in Amsterdam, STOX Energy Socks is a fast-growing brand fully dedicated to the compression wear market. As a leading scale-up in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are currently accelerating our international expansion across Europe.
Your Role
You ensure we stay in control of our financials by aligning budgets, forecasts, and actual results. You translate the financial numbers into smart insights and act as a key link between teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Your Responsibilities
• Monthly Reporting: You are responsible for the commercial reporting cycle and report monthly to the Management Team on key KPIs.
• Budgeting: You coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Spend Control: You support the team in structuring and monitoring all expenditures.
• Forecasting & Demand Planning: You keep financial forecasts and sales expectations up to date. You monitor if we're on track and provide timely insights to help the team make informed adjustments.
• Purchasing Decisions: Based on historical sales, growth trends, and stock levels, you inform the purchasing team on what and when to reorder.
• Merchandising Support: You provide insights into which products perform best in which markets and help determine where priorities should lie.
What We're Looking For
• A proactive and independent thinker.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A bachelor's or master's degree (HBO or WO level), preferably in a financial field such as Accounting & Financial Management, Finance & Investments, or Financial Economics.
• Experience with Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with financial modelling, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Previous experience in online marketing or e -commerce.
• Affinity with sports and performance wear.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
