About the role

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Good knowledge in oils and fats analysis with hands on experience in DSC, NMR and microscope.
Good understanding in fat crystallization and lipid oxidation.
Good knowledge in statistical analysis, and able to correlate data to draw conclusion by using JMP.
Good critical thinking with industrial research mindset.
Problem solver and strong communicator.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt within a fastchanging environment.
Shows responsibility, willing to own and drive things through to enable delivery.
Selfstarter but can also work in a global framework.
Fluent in English, in both spoken and written.
