- Financial planning and forecasting Monthly consolidation and analysis of IBP monthly forecast monetization for next 2 years down to contribution margin @ standard and forecast non-standard variable costs and business fixed costs. Operating Working Capital – develop financial forecast of inventories, receivables and payables with monthly split in coordination with Business Planning team
- Finance business partnering to global functions Business Line Global Research, Development and Innovation – support in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, including productivity initiatives Business Line Global Technology Group – support in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, including productivity initiatives. Monitoring growth capex internal reporting and monthly update of expected spend in SAP IM
- Business Line Global Marketing Team – support in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, including productivity initiatives and business cases for growth projects
- A Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Corporate Finance.
- At least 5 years working experience as a financial analyst / controller in a multinational (manufacturing) company.
- A proven track record in undertaking financial analysis and providing financial advice to senior management.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing.
- Experience with SAP, SAP Analytical Cloud Business Warehouse, PowerBi

About the job
In this role as Controller you will support driving profitable growth for Natural Resources & Intermediates business lines by providing insights and comprehensive analysis of financial performance to identify business improvement initiatives. On a day-to-day basis you will be the business partner to the Regional Sales Managers for Europe and Middle East, and work with their teams to drive business performance.
You will coordinate the month end financial closing and forecasting process for these regions. In addition, you will be working with the Finance Director NR & Intermediates, and his team with Regional Analysts and Product Line Controller.
