Wat ga je doen?
In deze uitdagende functie adviseer je proactief het bestuur van Stichting Pensioenfonds PGB en de directie van PGB Pensioendiensten over juridische en fiscale zaken als wet- en regelgeving. Je bent direct betrokken bij alle strategische besluitvorming waarbij juridische expertise nodig is. In de komende jaren speelt de implementatie van de WTP daarbij een cruciale rol. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de juridische positie op het gebied van vermogensbeheer, pensioenbeheer en de algemeen bedrijfsjuridische zaken. Denk hierbij aan contracteren, juridische en fiscale due diligence en advies over pensioen juridische zaken.
Jouw team bestaat uit 10 mensen verdeeld over 2 'domeinen': vermogensbeheer en pensioenbeheer.

Je bent proactief, daadkrachtig, probleemoplossend en je hebt het vermogen om strategisch en kritisch te denken. Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met leidinggeven aan diverse teams. Hierdoor weet jij als geen ander hoe je jouw team naar een hoger niveau kan tillen. Je kunt goed communiceren en bent een teamspeler. Uiteraard ben je op de hoogte van de wet- en regelgeving en weet je op de juiste manier jouw kennis in te zetten.
