    Job Description

    What you'll do...

    • Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do for Breman Brasserie as well as the lobby all day dining area, Room Service and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.
    • Drive revenue through well planned initiatives and incentives, alongside a strong understanding of guest bookings.
    • You'll lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you for leadership.
      Have a firm grip on the P&L and take ownership over the costs of the restaurant business and payroll, always striving to find efficient solutions whilst keeping the quality high and the experience top notch.
    • Work closely with Director of F&B and Head Chef so that front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand.
    • Organise onboarding for new team members and continuous development opportunities.
    • Work with the whole F&B team to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
    • Know your product and systems inside out.
    • Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.

    • Proven track record managing a large FOH team.
    • A true passion for service whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards.
    • Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPI's in labour, COS% and OPEX.
