- Oversee project management execution for E&A related engineering activities, integration, and testing of electrical and automation systems on our new vessels;
- Drive targeted results for schedule, quality, and costs;
- Take charge of all project elements by determining demarcations, planning, monitoring progress, making project decisions, guiding engineers or suppliers, coordinating information flow between stakeholders, advising and aligning with other engineering disciplines, examining requirements, ensuring system integration, complying with rules, organizing project integration reviews, coordinating document reviews, and participating in tests and trials.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or relevant technical field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, integrating, and installing complex electrical and automation systems;
- Experience in Control & Monitoring systems development;
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably Dutch;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

The role
The Project Manager Engineering E&A is part of the Engineering department of the Business Unit Workboats. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from engineering departments (shipbuilding and mechanical), procurement, suppliers, and our shipyards within a multidisciplinary project team.
As Project Manager Engineering E&A, your responsibilities include managing all integration activities for onboard systems, aligning with different engineering disciplines, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
