    Do you have experience as an HR Business Partner in an international organization? And do you want to contribute to the development of new medicines? Then this is a fun challenge for you

    QPS Netherland B.V. in Groningen is part of a global organization and conducts drug research for international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to our internal clients. You will be the trusted advisor to management and contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective HR management.

    And, further:

  • You will work as a cooperating foreman in the HR team of 2 specialists and report to the Global HR Director in the US.
  • Advise and support your managers on day-to-day HR topics, such as: leave, absenteeism, performance management, employee development and complex issues.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • You will work together with the works council, managers and employees to strengthen employment relations.
  • Draw up HR reports to give management insight into formation, inflow, outflow, absenteeism, vacancies, etc.

  • What do you bring?

  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar role in an international organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law and policy.
  • Extensive experience with labour relations processes and works councils.
  • · Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proactive and results-oriented.
